Please comment is this a UFO? I'm not sure but I saw it in Bicol. If you think this is a UFO please comment me. Oh and one more thing it was very fast when it flew into the clouds, weird...... Sorry I can't make the picture any bigger I will if I can but I can't. And I will if I would or I have to.
